Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase/order from for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. Within the 14-day cooling-off period we will be happy to exchange or refund any item once we have received the items returned in a fully re-saleable condition.  If the items are not in a fully re-saleable condition Red Balloon Trading reserves the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you receive damaged products or we send a product in error, we will be happy to offer you a replacement (if available) or full refund.  To confirm this, please contact the Fundraising Hub Team on the email / number below:

How to return items to us

To return products to us,please follow the instructions below:

  • You can return any items purchased in the Fundraising Hub or the Online Shop at the Fundraising Hub at Birmingham Children’s Hospital (Open Mon-Fri 9-5pm) Please return your items with your delivery slip - writing a note clearly that you are returning this item for refund / exchange and giving the reason for the return.
  • If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return along with your full contact details: name, address and contact telephone number.
  • In the case of a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault.
  • We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning parcels, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
