Delivery Information

Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days, but please allow 7 days in case of any delays during busy periods. Please email Fundraising.Hub@bch.nhs.uk if you have any queries about the progress of your order.

We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries or breach of our obligations, if the delay or breach is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, strikes, malicious damage, floods, drought, fire, flood, legislation, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you select the next day delivery option by telephone or via an internet order, where stock is available, your order must be placed by 1pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order the next working day. Orders placed by 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following working Monday and orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the next working Tuesday.

A postage and packing fee is not applicable for donations or the purchase of alternative gifts where other items are not included.
